Bishkek, June 23, 2021. / Kabar /. Energy, agriculture, light, manufacturing and tourism - Minister for Promotion and Protection of Investments of Kyrgyzstan Almambet Shykmamatov told businessmen about promising areas for investment.
During the meeting of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov with the business community, Shykmamatov presented the investment potential of Kyrgyzstan.
During his speech, he emphasized that the ministry has developed about 250 investment summaries from the listed sectors in these areas, and we presented 50 of them in handouts.
“If you are interested in any project, please contact us. If you have investment projects and would like to attract foreign investment, please, we are waiting for you. Perhaps someone is planning to go abroad and open a business there. Invest in Kyrgyzstan, in the future of our children!", he said.
In addition, the minister noted that the ministry will develop a strategy to attract investments in the Kyrgyz Republic in the medium term.
“In this context, I consider it important to include green economy issues in the strategy from the point of view of environmental protection, women's and youth entrepreneurship,” he added.
