Bishkek, May 22, 2018 / Kabar /. Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the United Arab Emirates Chyngyz Eshimbekov met with Jamal Saif Al Jarwan, Secretary-General of the UAE International Investors’ Council (UAEIIC), the press service of Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
The International Investors’ Council of the United Arab Emirates is a state institution the activities of which are aimed at coordinating and facilitating the investment activity of Emirates’ investors abroad. The Council consists of representatives of the state bodies of the UAE and large business.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the issue of further involvement of the Emirates companies in the implementation of mutually beneficial investment projects in the Kyrgyz Republic. The agricultural and mining industries, energy and tourism were identified as promising areas of investment activity in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Jamal Saif Al Jarwan expressed support for the proposals of the Kyrgyz ambassador to intensify cooperation in the economic and investment fields.
At the end of the meeting, the sides exchanged views on current and forthcoming economic cooperation activities between the Kyrgyz Republic and the UAE.
