Investors in Kyrgyzstan can officially complain to government agencies

Bishkek, Oct. 19, 2022. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan is introducing a mechanism for considering investors' complaints about the actions and inactions of state bodies, the press service of the National Investment Agency reported.

I said that any investor can apply for the protection of their rights to the Agency.

The complaint will be entered into the Register of Investor Complaints, carefully considered and comprehensive assistance will be provided in resolving issues with state and municipal authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic,” the report said.
