Bishkek, Nov. 28, 2024. /Kabar/. On November 25, Kyrgyz Ambassador Turdakun Sydykov held a meeting with Ahmad Naderi, CEO of the Iranian investment mining holding Sadr Tamin Investment Company, with the participation of members of the Board of Directors and heads of industry mining companies.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that a presentation was held at the meeting, during which the ambassador spoke about the work of the Kyrgyz government to improve the investment climate in the country, about the current benefits and preferences for foreign investors, and also presented current and promising deposits in Kyrgyzstan, including deposits of polymetals and rare earth metals.
In addition, the participants of the event were given handouts and electronic media containing complete information on current investment projects in the mining industry of Kyrgyzstan, subsoil areas, minerals and current benefits for investors.
In turn, the head of the Iranian holding expressed interest in establishing close mutually beneficial cooperation and readiness to invest in projects in the mining sector of Kyrgyzstan.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to organize a visit of the working group of the Iranian holding to the Kyrgyz Republic to conduct substantive negotiations and sign relevant agreements on the implementation of promising investment proposals for the development of deposits in the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
