In turn, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that for today it is not known whether a crypto currency is a universal payment system that can compete with standard currencies or a bubble that will burst at a certain time.

"It is impossible to implement this system within one country. We need to bring our approaches closer to the level of the union," he added.
