Issues of employment of Kyrgyzstanis in Japan discussed in Bishkek

Bishkek, Oct. 2, 2024. /Kabar/. A meeting took place at the Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad in Bishkek with representative of IM Japan Tokuda Kiyoshi and executive advisor of the company.

In the course of the meeting, the sides discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of employment of Kyrgyzstanis in Japan, as well as the prospects for expanding cooperation within the framework of the international system of human resources development.

They also discussed possible directions for increasing the number of qualified specialists from Kyrgyzstan who can be employed in Japan.

Special attention was paid to the issues of selection, training and adaptation of Kyrgyz specialists for successful work in Japan. The representative of IM Japan shared the successful experience of the company in accepting more than 10,000 foreign workers and expressed readiness to continue cooperation with Kyrgyzstan in this direction.

Director of the Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad Baktybek Kudaiberdiev emphasized the importance of such cooperation and expressed readiness to contribute to the successful implementation of the employment program aimed at creating new opportunities for Kyrgyz citizens in the international labor market.
