Bishkek, Apr. 12, 2020. /Kabar/. Issuing of soft loans to farmers is continuing, Minister of Agriculture, Food Industry and Land Reclamation of Kyrgyzstan Erkinbek Choduyev said at a briefing on Saturday.
According to him, today the program of the Ministry of Agriculture on granting soft loans to farmers is working.
"As a reference, I would like to inform that three banks were attracted for this purpose: Aiyl Bank, RSK Bank and KICB (Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank).These banks are fully working in this direction. At the moment, KGS 556 million 600 thousand have been allocated for this purpose and the distribution of loans has begun," Minister Choduyev said.
In addition, KGS 200 million has been allocated for lending to flour mills.
