Bishkek, July 24 / Kabar /. The summer school of the World Health Organization, which is an analogue of the WHO-Barcelona Course on Health Financing Strategy in Support of Universal Health Services, held every spring in Barcelona will be held in Issyk-Kul on July 24 to July 28 for the first time.
The press service of the Ministry of Health reported that, the course is an intensive training program offered by the WHO Office for Strengthening Health Systems in the Health Systems and Public Health Division of the WHO Regional Office for Europe. It discusses policy instruments that can improve the effectiveness of health systems by optimizing health financing.
The course is intended for health policy-makers and public policy-makers, namely those responsible for social policy, financing and economic development, leaders of health service provider organizations and experts involved in reforming health systems. More than 50 participants from 10 countries of the world will take part in it.
