Bishkek, June 10, 2022. /Kabar/. First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Arzybek Kozhoshev took part in a meeting of the Economic Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) as part of his working trip to Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan).
The press service of the Kyrgyz Cabinet reported that during the meeting, Kozhoshev touched upon a wide range of issues of multilateral cooperation, stressing the need for prompt measures to ensure uninterrupted supplies of agricultural and food products.
“It is important to create favorable conditions for freight carriers, reducing to a minimum various barriers and unreasonable checks at the borders. We stand for liberalization of the services market and increasing the competitiveness of our goods and services in international markets," the deputy chairman of the Cabinet said.
He drew special attention to the adoption of concerted actions to regulate labor migration.
"We should consider the possibility of granting migrant workers the same rights as the population of the host country in hiring and termination of labor agreements, as well as social and medical care," concluded Kozhoshev.
