Bishkek, Oct. 24, 2024 . / Kabar / . The Overseas Citizens Employment Center hosted on Thursday a meeting with representatives of the nationwide Japan Association for Construction Human Resources (JAC).
The delegation was headed by Managing Director Hosaka Kenji, accompanied by the Association's business development manager, the press service of the Center said.
The meeting was held within the framework of discussing the prospects of expanding bilateral cooperation on attracting Kyrgyz citizens to work in the construction sector in Japan under the government program for workers with special skills (SSW).
Special attention was paid to the issues of preparing Kyrgyzstanis to participate in the SSW program, including the need to create additional educational and training programs to improve qualifications and successfully pass the exams.
In addition, the sides discussed possibilities of opening specialized training centers in Kyrgyzstan to train construction personnel who will meet the high requirements of the Japanese market.
