Bishkek, Jan.21, 2025. /Kabar/. Minister of Labor, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan Ravshanbek Sabirov met with President of the Public Interest Foundation International Manpower Development Organization IM Japan Hitoshi Kanamori and Rector of the Kyrgyz State University named after Ishenaly Arabaev Aigul Abdraeva.
At the meeting, the parties signed a trilateral memorandum of understanding, the press service of the Labor Ministry reported.
The memorandum is aimed at meeting the growing demand for qualified personnel at Japanese enterprises, ensuring quality training of specialists from Kyrgyzstan and providing them with employment opportunities in Japan.
Minister Ravshanbek Sabirov emphasized the importance of this step to create new opportunities for the citizens of the country.
“We are confident that cooperation with the Japanese Public Foundation and the Arabaev Kyrgyz State University will significantly improve the quality of professional training and integration of our specialists into the international community,” he said.
President of the Public Interest Foundation International Manpower Development Organization IM Japan Hitoshi Kanamori expressed readiness to support Kyrgyzstan's initiatives. “We are happy to strengthen cooperation aimed at developing human capital and cultural ties between our countries,” he said.
Rector of the Kyrgyz State University named after Ishenaly Arabaev Aigul Abdraeva assured that the university is ready to assume the role of training specialists.
The signing of the memorandum was an important step towards expanding cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Japan. It opens prospects for the implementation of joint projects in the field of education and labor migration, strengthening ties between the two countries.
