Japan to host events to present Kyrgyzstan’s economic potential

Bishkek, June 7, 2019. /Kabar/. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Japan Mirlan Arstanbayev met with Takashi Kugai, the Managing Director of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The sides discussed the current state of bilateral cooperation in chambers of commerce and industry of the two countries and exchanged views on the prospects for further deepening of trade and investment cooperation.

As a result of the meeting, the sides reached an agreement on joint organization of events aimed at promoting the economic potential of the Kyrgyz Republic in Japan.

The Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) is a network of comprehensive local economic organizations made up of the representatives of some 1.25 million member businesses nationwide, embracing everything from large and medium-sized corporations down to small firms and sole proprietors.
