Japan to implement number of projects in regions of Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Jan. 25, 2021 / Kabar /. The ceremony of signing grant contracts within the framework of the grant program of the Japanese government "Grass roots and human security" was held at the Japanese Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic.

A number of projects in the sphere of medical care, education will be implemented in the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Grant contracts were signed between Ambassador of Japan to the Kyrgyz Republic Shigeki Maeda and the heads of the relevant ministries and departments.

The ambassador noted that within the framework of the program of the Japanese government, assistance is provided to the local population in such vital areas as medicine, education, social development, and also expressed the hope that the assistance will be effectively used by the local population.

Deputy Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Mademin Karataev expressed gratitude to the Embassy and the people of Japan for their assistance and invaluable contribution to the development of medicine in Kyrgyzstan by providing assistance and expressed the hope that the provided assistance would improve the quality of medical services provided to the population.
