Representatives of the Japanese companies Marubeni Corporation, Marubeni Protechs Corporation and Kyosan Electric MFG Co., Ltd investigated the city's nine busiest intersections, the report said.
Based on the data obtained, they will help municipal services implement the ARTEMIS intelligent traffic management system.
