Jeenbek Kulubaev holds meeting with FMs of Montenegro and Albania

Bishkek, March 2, 2024. /Kabar/. On the sidelines of the Third Antalya Diplomacy Forum in Antalya, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Jeenbek Kulubaev, held bilateral meetings with Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania, Igli Hasani, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, Filip Ivanovich.

During a meeting with the head of the Foreign Ministry of Albania, Kulubaev discussed issues of strengthening cooperation between the two countries at multilateral platforms, in particular the UN and OSCE. Particular emphasis was placed on promoting the climate agenda and interaction between the two countries within the framework of the Mountain Partnership.

At negotiations with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, the parties reached an agreement to hold inter-Ministry of Foreign Affairs consultations in 2024 and to establish cooperation between the diplomatic academies of the two countries.

In addition, the heads of the delegations of Kyrgyzstan and Montenegro discussed the possibilities of expanding bilateral cooperation in the political, trade and economic spheres, interaction within international organizations, including mutual support in their elected bodies.
