Bishkek, Feb. 1, 2024. /Kabar/. Head of the Foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan, Jeenbek Kulubaev, received Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ali Bagheri, who arrived in Bishkek to participate in regular inter-MFA consultations.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kulubaev noted the good level of political dialogue and the progressive development of relations between Kyrgyzstan and Iran in various fields.
During the meeting, the sides expressed their readiness to intensify trade, economic and investment cooperation between the two countries, including in order to increase mutual trade turnover, investment ties, strengthen interaction in the transport and logistics sector, agriculture, tourism and other areas.
Kulubaev wished fruitful inter-Ministry of Foreign Affairs consultations with the aim of developing joint proposals for further expansion and strengthening of Kyrgyz-Iranian relations.
