Bishkek, Oct. 7, 2024. /Kabar/. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev participated in the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) held in Russia’s Moscow.
During the exchange of views on topical issues of the international agenda, heads of delegations discussed the status and prospects of political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation in the CIS format.
The sides considered issues related to the Foreign Ministries of the CIS member states, security and cultural and humanitarian spheres.
The ministers considered and approved the Plan of multilevel inter-midway consultations in the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States for 2025.
The sides also approved a number of documents to be submitted for approval during the upcoming meeting of the Council of Heads of State, as well as decided to hold the next meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers on April 11, 2025 in Kazakhstan.
