Jeenbekov: Actual steps are being taken that will ensure the independence of the country's judicial system

Bishkek, Mar. 5, 2019. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov congratulated workers of the country's judicial system on their professional holiday.

The press service of the Kyrgyz President’s Office reported that the congratulations of the head of state is as follows:

“Dear judges and workers of the judicial system!

I congratulate you on your professional holiday – Day of Workers of the Judicial System of the Kyrgyz Republic!

Without an independent judicial system, it is impossible to build a democratic, law-governed and developed state. Only honest and transparent work of the judicial system will allow to establish justice and law and order in the country, strengthening the people's trust in the authorities.

That is why in recent years the state has paid special attention to the issues of deep reform of the judicial system, strengthening its material and technical base.

Currently, actual steps are being taken that will ensure the independence of the judicial system of Kyrgyzstan. The introduction of modern technology contributes to the openness and accessibility of justice for society.

Under these conditions, objectivity and impartiality of a judge are indispensable conditions for the proper implementation of justice.

I am confident that each of you will contribute to strengthening the opinion in society that everyone is equal before the law, faith in the fairness of judges and bodies of the judicial system.
