Bishkek, May 28, 2019. /Kabar/. President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov flew to Kazakhstan for a working visit to participate in the jubilee meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council (SEEC), which will be held in Nur-Sultan on May 28-29.
During the meeting, it is planned to discuss and adopt about 20 documents relating to international activities, the digital agenda, the formation of a common electricity market and further integration within the EAEU.
During the visit, it is also planned to hold bilateral meetings with President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and the first President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, where it is planned to discuss the whole range of issues on bilateral relations.
The President is accompanied by:
- Minister of Foreign Affairs Chingiz Aidarbekov;
- Daniyar Sydykov, the Chief of the foreign policy department of the Kyrgyz President’s Office;
- Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan Zheenbek Kulubayev;
- Deputy Prime Minister Jenish Razakov;
- Minister of Finance Baktygul Jeenbayeva;
- Chairman of the State Customs Service Almaz Onolbekov.
