Bishkek, Apr. 7, 2018 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov honored the memory of the heroes of the people's April revolution at the Ata-Beyit memorial complex.
According to the Kyrgyz leader’s press service, President Jeenbekov laid flowers to the memorial wall of the memory of those killed in the April 2010 events.
Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Dastan Dzhumabekov, Prime Minister Sapar Isakov, Chairwoman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic Ainash Tokbaeva, ex-President Roza Otunbaeva took part in the event.
After the flowers were laid, a memorial prayer was read.
The event was also attended by relatives of the victims of April 7, 2010, participants of the April events, deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, members of the Government, heads of state bodies and representatives of the public.
