Jeenbekov leaves for Sochi to participate in SEEC meeting

Bishkek, May 14, 2018. / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov flew to Sochi in the Russian Federation to attend the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council (SEEC), the President's press service reported.

During the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, topical issues of trade and economic cooperation within the framework of the Union, as well as issues of international cooperation and further integration in the Eurasian space will be discussed.

At the meeting, the Eurasian Economic Commission will present the report "The Kyrgyz Republic: two years in the Eurasian Economic Union. First results," which reflects the main results of the republic's activities for two years within the framework of the Union.

Sooronbay Jeenbekovplans to hold bilateral meeting with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, where it is planned to discuss the full range of trade, economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation, as well as promoting integration cooperation in the Eurasian space.

In addition, President Sooronbay Jeenbekov will meet with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
