Bishkek, Mar. 28, 2019. /Kabar/. Following the talks between Presidents of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov and Russia Vladimir Putin today, March 28, the Joint Statement was signed by the heads of two states, the press service of the President’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
In addition, the following bilateral documents were signed:
- Protocol between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation on amending the Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation on the status and conditions of stay of the joint Russian military base in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic dated September 20, 2012.
- Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the field of military postal and courier communication.
- Protocol on amending the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the supply of oil and oil products of June 6, 2016.
- Memorandum of Cooperation on intensification of trade and economic cooperation and exchange of experience in implementation of national projects between the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
- Agreement between the State Service of Intellectual Property and Innovation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzpatent) and the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Russian Federation) on granting access to the information retrieval system of PatSearch.
- Memorandum of cooperation between the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic, the sate-owned KyrgyzTemirjolu National Company and the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, Russian Railways Open Joint-Stock Company on projects for development of the railway network in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Memorandum of cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
- Memorandum between the State Agency for Youth, Physical Culture and Sports under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the field of physical culture and sports.
- Agreement between the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) (Russian Federation) on cooperation in introduction of the International Health Regulations.
- Agreement on cooperation between the State Commission for Religious Affairs under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Agency for Ethnic Affairs of the Russian Federation.
- Roadmap between the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic and Gazprom regarding investments in the oil and gas industry.
- Agreement on cooperation between VTB Bank, Alliance Group Joint-Stock Company and Alliance Altyn LLC.
- Agreement on cooperation between the Russian Direct Investment Fund and the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
- Memorandum between Astra Solar LLC, Hevel LLC and VEB on export of products.
- Roadmap on cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Eurasian Development Bank for 2019-2021.
- Agreement on cooperation between the Association of Universities of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Union of Rectors.
- Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
