Bishkek, Dec.31, 2019./Kabar./ President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov had on Tuesday a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, his press service said.
During the conversation, Jeenbekov warmly congratulated Vladimir Putin on New Year and Christmas.
He confirmed that recently, much has been done to strengthen the Kyrgyz-Russian strategic partnership and alliance.
"Kyrgyz people recall with special warmth your state visit to the Kyrgyz Republic, the agreements reached are being successfully implemented for the benefit of our countries and peoples," Sooronbay Jeenbekov noted.
The two Presidents discussed the upcoming events within the framework of the declared Cross Year of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation and the Russian Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic.
