Bishkek, Oct. 12, 2018. / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov received credentials of Ambassadors of the Republic of Korea, the State of Qatar, the United States of America, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Chile, the Argentine Republic, the Republic of Zambia and the Permanent Representative of the European Union in Kyrgyzstan, the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported.
The Kyrgyz leader congratulated the Ambassadors on the start of diplomatic activities in Kyrgyzstan, expressing confidence that they would make every effort to bring countries closer and develop bilateral relations.
An exchange of views took place with each of the Ambassadors on issues relating to a wide range of bilateral cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
Jeenbekov stressed that Kyrgyzstan is interested in deepening and further developing relations with each of the countries whose ambassadors presented him credentials today.
“We attach great importance to the development of bilateral friendly relations, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, especially in the fields of agriculture, tourism, manufacturing, and new technologies. Kyrgyzstan is committed to a positive and productive partnership with each of the countries,” the president said.
Ambassadors of Korea Ha Tae-youk, Qatar Abdal Ahmed Abdal Saleh Al Suleyti, USA Donald Lu, Pakistan Faisal Niyaz Tirmidhi, Chile Rodrigo Nieto, Argentina Ricardo Ernesto Lagorio, Zambia Shadrek Luvita and EU Permanent Representative Edward Auer assured the President Jeenbekov to make every effort to deepen friendly and close ties with Kyrgyzstan, noting the need to further deepen bilateral relations in all areas of cooperation.
