Bishkek, Jan.20, 2020. /Kabar/. A solemn ceremony of presenting state awards of the Kyrgyz Republic is taking place at the Ala-Archa state residence with participation of President Sooronbay Jeenbekov.
"I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for your work," the President addressed the audience. - With your tireless work and dedication to your profession you have earned honor and respect in the society. When making a decision on awarding state prizes, we took into account the opinion of the public, labor collectives. I am very pleased today to present high awards to the compatriots who have earned the respect of the people for their contribution to the development of the country," he said.
President Jeenbekov stressed that among those who are honored today there are such respected people as state and public figure Abdiwaiit Tazhibayev, People's Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic Tabyldy Aktanov, Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, sister of great Kyrgyz writer Chyngyz Aitmatov Roza Aitmatova, and Professor Oskon Osmonov.
"These three most worthy individuals have been awarded the Manas Order for their hard work and honest service to the people and the country. Taking into account many years of fruitful work in the field of television direction, creation of a dozen documentaries, and special contribution to the training of young professionals, Baima Sutenova is awarded the Dank Order," Jeenbekov said.
The president said the best cultural figures who have earned respect and popularity among the people due to their talent and creativity are gathered at the ceremony today.
"In addition, people who have made an invaluable contribution to the development of the state's social sphere are here. Excellent doctors, pedagogues who have brought up a great number of young people. I would like to express special gratitude to teachers working in the regions. I would also like to note the work of those who are reviving the national craftsmanship, and, of course, enterprises and people who have made a huge contribution to the development of regions and the state economy as a whole. Your work is invaluable. Due to the fact that there are many such hard-working and patriotic compatriots, our country is developing," the President said, and wished good health and further success to everyone.
The decree on awarding for significant contribution to the development of social and economic, intellectual and cultural potential of the Kyrgyz Republic and great achievements in professional activity was signed on Dec.30, 2019.
State awards are conferred on public figures, representatives of the fields of culture, education and science, health care, public administration, agriculture, construction, etc., for their significant contribution to the development of the social, economic, intellectual and cultural potential of the Kyrgyz Republic and great achievements in their professional activity.
