Jeenbekov to attend Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting in Sochi and meet with Putin

Bishkek, May 11, 2018. / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov will attend the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, which will be held on May 14, 2018 in Sochi, Russia, the President's press service reported.

During the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, topical issues of trade and economic cooperation within the framework of the Union, as well as issues of international cooperation and further integration in the Eurasian space will be discussed.

At the meeting, the Eurasian Economic Commission will present the report "Kyrgyz Republic: two years in the Eurasian Economic Union. First results", which reflects the main results of the republic's activities for two years within the framework of the Union.

It is also planned to hold a bilateral meeting with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, where it is planned to discuss the full range of bilateral trade, economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation, as well as promoting integration cooperation in the Eurasian space.
