Jeenbekov’s working trip to Chui Oblast-photo report

Bishkek, Feb.7, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov continues his trips to the country's regions.

Yesterday, Feb. 6, the head of state visited Chui Oblast for one-day working trip, his press service said on Thursday.

President Jeenbekov held a meeting with residents of Ysyk-Ata region, where he spoke about the main directions of public policy, goals and objectives of the Decree declaring 2020 the Year of Regional Development, Digitalization of the Country and Support for Children.

He elaborated on internal migration issues, measures to improve the investment climate in the country, conditions for local business activity, providing tax benefits to processing and agricultural enterprises, trade and logistics centers, machine-and-tractor stations and light industry enterprises.

The Kyrgyz leader answered a number of questions from local residents regarding the transformation of land, provision of clean drinking water to the population, fight against corruption, reform of education and healthcare systems, improvement of transport infrastructure, capital repair and construction of social facilities in the regions, etc.

During the meeting with the President, which lasted more than three hours, heads of relevant ministries and agencies also answered questions from residents of the region.

Jeenbekov familiarized himself with the implementation of digitalization in the activities of local government bodies, using the example of the exemplary Lebedinov aiyl okmotu of Alamudun region, noting the importance of dissemination of this experience throughout the country in the framework of Sanarip Kyrgyzstan (Digital Kyrgyzstan) platform.

Besides, the President got acquainted with activity of Kant-Sut Ltd dairy processing enterprise, and Three T Ltd breeding poultry plant.
