“The United States welcomes the arrival of spring with the people of the Kyrgyz Republic, who gather with their loved ones on this day to reflect on the past and redefine hopes for the future. In this time of new perspectives, we reaffirm our commitment to seeking opportunities to deepen the partnership between our governments and the friendship between our peoples. Nooruz mayramynyz kut bolsun!” the congratulatory message says.
At the same time, Joe Biden congratulated Sadyr Zhaparov and the people of Kyrgyzstan on the upcoming month of Ramadan.
