Bishkek, Sept. 3, 2024. / Kabar/. Kyrgyz National Kabar News Agency will act as international information partner of the World Nomad Games (WNG), which is held in Astana from September 8 to 14.
As part of the official information partnership, materials about the WNG will be published in all language versions of the site - in Kyrgyz, Russian, English, Arabic, Turkish and Chinese.
"The World Nomad Games are the pride of our country. We are glad that the Games are being held in neighboring fraternal countries. This helps to strengthen public diplomacy. We wish our athletes and all participants success,” Director of the agency Meder Shermetaliev said.
The decision to hold the World Nomad Games was taken in 2012 at the summit of the heads of Turkic-speaking countries. Kyrgyzstan hosted the games in 2014, 2016 and 2018. In 2022, the WNG was held in Turkiye. The next games will be held in Uzbekistan.
Kabar is the oldest news agency of Kyrgyzstan, which was founded in 1937. It is the only state information and analytical institution coordinating the domestic and international information policies of the country.
