Kabar News Agency signs MoU with Emirates News Agency

Dubai, Feb. 12, 2019 / Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s Kabar News Agency signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the Emirates News Agency.

The document was signed by Director of Kabar News Agency Kubanychbek Taabaldiev and Executive Director of Emirates News Agency (WAM) Mohamed Jalal Al Rayssi. The signing took place on Monday on the sidelines of the World Government Summit in Dubai.

Kabar and WAM signed the memorandum to strengthen their professional ties of cooperation in the field of news exchange and their focus on the establishment of fruitful relations of friendship and cooperation.

The Memorandum provides for the exchange of news articles, pictures and videos and exchange visits of personnel.

Except for Kabar, eight news agencies of the world signed the Memorandums of Understanding with WAM.

Commenting on the signing Mohamed Jalal Al Rayssi, Executive Director of WAM told Kabar that there are a lot of things that the both sides can do as news agencies.

“One of the important things that we should work together is to help the world to be more tolerant, to be more related to good way,“ he said.

Executive Director of WAM also noted that distributing the news about tolerance will help the audience from the media to form the public to understand what is the tolerance and other things that can help us as a world in general.

He also emphasized that for the news agencies its very important to have a legal way to exchange things and news.

“Signing the memorandum of understanding between each other will help us to create more exchange, more relation and also it will help us even to bring the staff, to see the best practice of both sides, try to explore the way to collaborate in the future,” Mohamed Jalal Al Rayssi, Executive Director of WAM said.
