Bishkek, Apr. 1, 2020 / Kabar/. Journalists and employees of Kabar National News Agency transferred one-day salary in the amount of more than KGS 30 thousand.to the Fund on fighting COVID-19 coronavirus infection opened under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
“In conditions, when not only Kyrgyzstan, but the entire world is suffering from a global epidemic, when people die in many countries every day from a pandemic, when doctors and medical workers make heroic efforts to defeat the disease and stop the spread of the epidemic, employees of Kabar News Agency could not only deal with reporting and disseminating information. Daily monitoring events in a state of emergency, promptly informing our readers and users, we greatly appreciate the efforts of law enforcement officials, the work of relevant government agencies, and especially health workers. We hope that our small contribution will be useful in the fight against coronavirus,” Kabanychbek Taabaldiev, director of the agency said.
He also called on the country's public, all residents to show awareness and comply with all the instructions of the republican headquarters to combat the epidemic, commandants and stay at home.
“This is the only way to protect yourself from the disease and protect people from becoming infected with this virus,” Taabaldiev said.
