Karypbekov told the President about further plans for the development of National TV/Radio channel

Bishkek, March 28 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev met today with Director General of the Public TV/Radio Corporation of the country Ilim Karypbekov, the president’s press service reports.

The head of the TV/Radio Corporation told the President about further plans for the development of the country's main television channel in accordance with the principles of public service broadcasting, which also include improving the quality of content and technical upgrading of the channel in the light of the transition to digital broadcasting. The work on the development of the TV/Radio Corporation, according to Ilim Karypbekov, is conducted by the management of the TV channel in close interaction with representatives of civil society and the public.
