Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will pay a state visit to China from Sept. 10 to 12 at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying announced here Thursday, Trend reports citing Xinhua.
