Bishkek, Sept. 17, 2022. / Kabar /. The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym Jomart Tokayev has approved the change of the capital's name, Trend reports citing the presidential decree.
Thus, Nur-Sultan city will now be named Astana, as it used to be called prior to changes in 2019.
