Kazakhstan provides humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan in the form of 2,000 tons of diesel fuel

Bishkek, March 1, 2024. /Kabar/. Kazakhstan provided humanitarian assistance to Kyrgyzstan in the form of 2,000 tons of diesel fuel, according to the website of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The first batch of 1000 tons was shipped on February 28 by 17 tank cars. The cargo will be handed over to representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The report said that the assistance was allocated from the state material reserve on behalf of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to support the Kyrgyz Republic in eliminating the consequences of the accident at the Bishkek thermal power plant.
