Nur-Sultan, Dec. 8, 2021 . / Kabar /. Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin expressed readiness to supply 2 thousand Kazakh electric buses to Kyrgyzstan.
As part of the working trip to Kazakhstan’s Nur-Sultan city, Chairman of the Cabinet of Minister of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov met with Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin.
The press service of the Kyrgyz Cabinet reported that during the meeting, Zhaparov and Mamin discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation.
They also debated the implementation of joint projects to provide the population with municipal and agricultural equipment.
Akylbek Zhaparov noted that on behalf of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov, 2 thousand units of buses will be launched in Bishkek in the near future, while the issue of determining the supplier of this transport is being resolved.
In turn, the Kazakhstani prime minister expressed readiness to implement this project, noting that the electric buses produced in Kazakhstan are economical, safe and durable in use.
He also added Kazakh entrepreneurs are ready to invest in the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic in a wide range of areas.
