KGS 11.3 mln received on account to combat coronavirus: Deputy PM Boronov

Bishkek, March 24, 2020./Kabar/.The administrative account of the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan to combat coronavirus infection received KGS 11.3 million, Kubatbek Boronov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic said during a briefing.

According to him, this is data at noon on March 24.

Boronov noted that not a single som has been spent from this account.

"In order to ensure transparency of funding and allocation of funds, a commission will be established, consisting of MPs, civil activists and public figures," he said.

From March 25 to April 15, due to the epidemic of coronavirus infection a state of emergency will be introduced in Bishkek, Osh and Dzhalal-Abad cities, Nookat, Kara-Suu regions of Osh Oblast, as well as in Suzak region of Dzhalal-Abad Oblast.

In Bishkek the curfew will last from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

The number of citizens infected with coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan has increased to 42 people.
