Bishkek, July 29, 2020. /Kabar/. The Government has allocated KGS 20 million to Dzhalal-Abad Oblast to prepare hospitals for a possible second wave of COVID-19 coronavirus infection, Governor Nurbolot Mirzakhmedov said during a briefing.
According to him, the funds will be used to increase hospital beds.
"If in summer time hospitals were opened in any building, then hospitals with good conditions will have to be prepared for winter. Now the repair of the 100-bed hospital is beginning. The issue of organization of day and night-time hospitals will also be addressed," the governor added.
