Korea-Central Asia Friendship Association provides humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Aug. 15, 2020 / Kabar /. Korea - Central Asia Friendship Association headed by Lee Ok Ryung, as well as other South Korean companies (Bit Call Co Ltd, New Dream Olrae call Ltd) visited the Kyrgyz Embassy in the Republic of Korea to hand over the humanitarian aid to the Kyrgyz Republic.

The aid includes of reusable masks in quantity of 5 thousand pieces, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

During the meeting, Kyrgyz Ambassador to Korea Dinara Kemelova thanked the South Korean side for helping Kyrgyzstan to overcome the coronavirus, and also presented a list of necessary medical equipment that the Kyrgyz Republic needs at present. The ambassador also said the masks will be delivered to Kyrgyzstan at the next opportunity.

Korea - Central Asia Friendship Association is a public organization, the president is Lee Ok Ryong, a former member of the Korean parliament. This association, by creating an appropriate platform, helps to strengthen cooperation between the Republic of Korea and the countries of Central Asia.
