Bishkek, June 20, 2022. / Kabar /. 14 participants of the Korean Fam Tour, including 8 influential travel bloggers and well-known opinion leaders in Korea visited Kyrgyzstan from June 5 to 12.
According to the Kyrgyz Friends Travel Agency, Korean bloggers visited Naryn and Issyk-Kul Oblasts, got acquainted with the culture of the nomadic people and saw the nature of Kyrgyzstan live.
The bloggers who visited our country promote Kyrgyzstan by publishing photos, stories about tourist attractions and cultural events they have visited on their blogs, Instagram and Facebook pages.
During their stay in Kyrgyzstan, the travelers stayed in yurts on Son-Kul Lake and lived through all the hardships and charms of nomadic life, and in the village of Kara-Suu they became guests at the wedding of local residents, the report said.
The organizers also report that in the village of Kyzyl-Tuu in Issyk-Kul region, tourists took part in the construction of yurts. Korean bloggers also visited Skazka Canyon and Altyn-Arashan Gorge. It is expected that this tour will serve as an opportunity to present the beauty and nomadic culture of Kyrgyzstan and attract new tourists.
The Kyrgyzfriends project, which led this information tour, is a project to develop cultural tourism in Kyrgyzstan in cooperation with KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency). It aims to create jobs and increase the income of local residents through promotion and sales in tourism.
