Bishkek, April 29, 2021. / Kabar /. The role of the media is very high in the social and political life of Kyrgyzstan, director of Kabar News Agency Kubanychbek Taabaldiev told during a round table "Kyrgyzstan in new conditions".

“The media actively influence the course of the main processes, in connection with which, in order to strengthen internal political stability, educate and inform the population with objective information, we decided to hold an extended meeting with the heads of the media and with experts. In future plans, there is a proposal to create a kind of union or media club, with the participation of experts, and use this platform for timely response to various events. In other words, together, jointly, along with the country's leadership, to respond to both domestic and foreign political processes,” he said,

The meeting, which was organized by the Kabar News Agency was attended by the heads of the country's media, as well as prominent experts and political scientists.

The round table discussed the current socio-political situation in the country, the impact and consequences of the coronavirus pandemic, certain moments of border crises and the role of the media in these processes.
