Bishkek, Aug. 12, 2024. / Kabar/. Kyrgyz airline Tez Jet is preparing to launch Bishkek-Tashkent-Bishkek flights, the press service of Uzbekistan Airports reported.
Flights between the capitals will be operated on a McDonnell Douglas MD-80 (M83) aircraft, starting September 3. Four flights are planned per week - on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Tez Jet received permission from Uzaviatsiya to fly to Uzbekistan in February of this year.
Tez Jet was established in 2013, is based at Bishkek's Manas Airport and operates flights within Kyrgyzstan.
