Tashkent, June 24, 2022. / Kabar /. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan at a meeting with Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Furkat Sidikov discussed the development of bilateral cooperation, the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry reported.
The sides noted that thanks to personal contacts, open and trusting dialogue and the strong political will of the presidents of the two countries, Kyrgyz-Uzbek relations have risen to a qualitatively new level in recent years.
Special attention is paid to the issues of enhancing the development of Kyrgyz-Uzbek bilateral relations, including in the field of trade, industrial cooperation, agriculture and culture.
There was also an exchange of views on topical issues of the regional and international agenda.
The meeting was held in an open, friendly and constructive atmosphere, the report said.
