Bishkek, March 4, 2022 / Kabar /. The opening of the 5th International Travel and Tourism Exhibition TRAVELEXPO ANKARA took place on Thursday in Ankara at the ATO Congresium exhibition center.
Travel companies and operators from more than 25 foreign countries, 16 embassies of foreign states accredited in Ankara, including Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Turkey took part in it.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Governor of Ankara Province Vasip Shahin, heads of municipalities, heads of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Ankara and other Turkish provinces attended the opening of the event.
During the opening of the exhibition, the embassy's stand was visited by officials headed by Governor of Ankara Province Shahin. Ambassador Omuraliev informed the guests about Kyrgyzstan, its tourism potential and items of Kyrgyz culture and folk life, exhibited at the stand.
The exhibition will run until March 7, 2022.
The TRAVELEXPO ANKARA International Travel and Tourism Exhibition is an annual tourism event organized by ATIS Fairs with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of the Republic of Turkey, the Ankara Chamber of Commerce, the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB).
