Bishkek, Jan. 29, 2024. /Kabar/. An online meeting took place between Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the United States and Canada Baktybek Amanbaev with Director of the Canadian Foreign Ministry for Eastern European and Eurasian Affairs Andres Weichart.
According to the diplomatic mission, during the meeting the parties exchanged views on current issues on the agenda and prospects for the development of bilateral relations. Particular attention was paid to the issue of organizing political consultations and mutual visits this year.
The parties noted the prospects for developing cooperation in the fields of agriculture, education, hydropower and IT.
In conclusion, the parties confirmed their mutual commitment to continue the dialogue on a wide range of bilateral cooperation, and also outlined further plans for the implementation of the agreements.
