Bishkek, April 10, 2023. / Kabar /. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkiye Ruslan Kazakbaev was awarded the state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Dostyk Order of the second degree, the press service of the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The Dostyk Order was awarded to the Kyrgyz diplomat for his services in strengthening peace, friendship and cooperation between peoples. On behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, it was handed over by Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Turkiye Yerkebulan Sapiyev.
During the awarding ceremony, Kazakbaev thanked the head of Kazakhstan and the people of Kazakhstan for such a high appreciation of his contribution to strengthening ties between the two countries, assured that he would make every effort to develop and strengthen cooperation between the fraternal countries and the unity of the Turkic world.
“From time immemorial, the Kyrgyzs and Kazakhs have been fraternal kindred peoples, who are connected by a common history, friendly and family ties. Today, continuing the tradition of our ancestors, relying on our great past, we continue to develop fraternal and warmest relations. I accept this order as a strong symbol of the long-standing and eternal brotherhood of our peoples,” Kazakbaev emphasized.
The ceremony was also attended by the ambassadors of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States, the leadership of the Turkic Investment Fund and TURKSOY.
