Kyrgyz ambassador meets with adviser to President of South Korea for foreign affairs and national security

Bishkek, Jan. 21, 2021 / Kabar /. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the Republic of Korea Dinara Kemelova met with Special Adviser to the President of South Korea for Foreign Affairs and National Security Moon Chung In.

The press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported that during the meeting, issues of deepening political cooperation within the framework of the initiative of the President of the Republic of Korea "New Northern Policy", in the field of security, combating COVID-19, as well as facilitating the entry of Kyrgyz citizens into South Korea who cannot leave for study and work due to restrictions imposed by the Republic of Korea.

Kemelova informed her interlocutor about the internal political situation in the Kyrgyz Republic. In particular, she informed about the results of the past early presidential elections and the referendum on the form of government of the Kyrgyz Republic. The interlocutors exchanged views on the democratic processes taking place in Kyrgyzstan and South Korea and on the experience of public administration.
