Kyrgyz ambassador meets with heads of diplomatic missions of Asian countries accredited in Turkiye

Bishkek, Oct. 14, 2022. /Kabar/. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkiye Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with the heads of diplomatic missions of Asian countries accredited in Turkey - the ambassadors of South Korea, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and the deputy ambassador of Malaysia.

During the meeting, Omuraliev told his colleagues about Kyrgyzstan, about the country's investment and tourism opportunities. He informed in detail about topical issues of regional security in connection with the events that took place on the border of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Ambassador Omuraliev also thanked the representatives of the countries for supporting the Kyrgyz Republic in its election to the UN Human Rights Council. At the same time, he expressed a request for support for the candidacy of Kyrgyzstan in the elections for non-permanent members of the UN Security Council for the period 2027-2028.
