Bishkek, July 31, 2023. /Kabar/. Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Kingdom of Belgium, Permanent Representative to the European Union Aidit Erkin presented his credentials to President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen on July 28, 2023, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic said.
During the meeting, Erkin conveyed the greetings and best wishes of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov to Ursula von der Leyen and noted that Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to further strengthening partnership with the European Union.
The president of the European Commission congratulated the ambassador on his official assumption of office and wished him success in developing relations between Kyrgyzstan and the European Union.
