Bishkek, Dec. 12, 2018. /Kabar/. An official ceremony of presenting credentials to President Nursultan Nazarbayev by newly appointed ambassadors of foreign states was held in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana, at Akorda presidential residence on Wednesday.
The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubayev took part in the ceremony. When presenting his credentials to Nazarbayev, Kulubaev stressed that President of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbekov entrusted him with the right and that it is an honor to represent Kyrgyzstan in fraternal Kazakhstan. The Ambassador assured the leader of Kazakhstan that he would make every effort to strengthen and deepen the Kyrgyz-Kazakh relations.
In his brief speech, Nazarbayev congratulated all the ambassadors on the official start of their diplomatic missions and wished them success in their work.
Nazarbayev emphasized that Kyrgyzstan is one of the main priorities of Kazakhstan’s foreign policy in Central Asia, a strategic partner, a fraternal country.
After the official ceremony, a friendly conversation between the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and all the ambassadors who presented their credentials took place. During a brief conversation, Kulubaev conveyed to the head of Kazakhstan the warmest greetings of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Jeenbekov and informed that Kyrgyzstan is waiting for Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev on a state visit next year.
In turn, the President of Kazakhstan congratulated Kulubaev on the official assumption of office and wished him success in the high diplomatic post.
